Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Cabrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and TY Lanni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lanni has chosen Trumpets And Angels-Falling from the Skys as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, TY Lanni!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, David Schapiro and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabrera throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lanni stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lanni takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Lanni should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Cabrera creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Cabrera drops Lanni onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Lanni is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Lanni tries to clinch up but Cabrera pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Lanni to the mat! Lanni covers up and Cabrera unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lucas Cabrera!
In his post fight interview, Lucas Cabrera started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, TY Lanni stepped up to the mic, saying 'US LANNI'S ALWAY'S PAY OUR DEBTS!!!!'.
