The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blake shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Blake showed some decent athleticism there.
Blake is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Dejesus is trying to maintain the position but Blake is very close to passing his half guard.

Dejesus is not content to let Blake control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dejesus tries to lock up and control but Blake gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Blake has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
