PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doyle Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Axe MeatsFlesh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawk kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is American Encore. MeatsFlesh has chosen Fatal as his entrance music. Doyle Hawk had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
MeatsFlesh wants to sweep here but Hawk controlling him for the moment.
MeatsFlesh pulls Hawk in to control the position.
MeatsFlesh is trying to control the position from the bottom.
MeatsFlesh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hawk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hawk stands and throws MeatsFlesh's legs to the side, diving into side control.
MeatsFlesh is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.

Hawk looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Hawk is working to tighten his grip on MeatsFlesh's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. MeatsFlesh has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hawk is really squeezing tight and eventually MeatsFlesh passes out! Hawk breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Doyle Hawk tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
The defeated Axe MeatsFlesh had this to say: 'What do you mean, I lost, I can go another 3 rounds !!'.
