Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Igor Vergoslav!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Richard Parker!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker tries a low kick but Vergoslav avoids it.
As Parker looks to move away, Vergoslav throws a big counter combo bu Parker just gets out of the way.
Parker throws a leg kick which misses Vergoslav's front leg but catches the back leg as Vergoslav tries to avoid it.
Parker walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Vergoslav checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Parker feints and then cracks Vergoslav's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Vergoslav down.
Parker turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Richard Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Parker pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Parker throws a body kick despite being completely out of range

and Vergoslav counters with a nice double leg into side control. Parker won't be happy with that.
Parker is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Vergoslav wants to lay and pray for a moment but Parker keeps working.

Vergoslav tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
You can see the frustration on Parker's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Parker tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Parker wants to hold on but Vergoslav pushes him away.
Vergoslav content just to control the position here.

Parker looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Vergoslav controlling the position well here. Parker rolled but Vergoslav kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Vergoslav lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Vergoslav.
Parker covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Vergoslav definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Parker is really stuck here.

Vergoslav has his arm under Parker's chin here. Game over son! Vergoslav squeezes tightly and Parker is forced to tap out!
