Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Third Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Kade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Third Fist has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist misses the jab.
Kade now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Fist fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kade on the side of the head.
Kade moves in looking to clinch but Fist pushes him off.
Kade attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Kade's coach down at Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kade's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Fist tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kade was well out of range. Poor timing from Fist.
Fist misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kade instigates a clinch.
Fist scores with a shoulder strike.
Kade is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Fist is defending well.

Kade has clasped his hands together around Fist's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Kade is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Fist's shoulder. That is not cool.
Fist looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kade accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Kade steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fist.
Kade now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Third Fist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kade tries to clinch but Fist moves out of range.
Fist listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Fist lands a right hook to the body.
Kade tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fist manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Fist throws the left hand but Kade avoids the punch easily.

Kade uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fist.
Kade tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Fist's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kade connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fist scrambles back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fist displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kade.

Fist drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kade sprawls and moves away.

Kade changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fist looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Kade takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Still in half guard, Kade seems content to control.
Kade wants to take a breather but Fist is having none of it.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Fist throws a shot from downtown. Kade moves away and avoids it.
Fist swats away the attempt to clinch by Kade.

Kade darts in and clinches Fist up against the cage.
Fist is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kade can do to turn this around?

Fist's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kade misses with a takedown attempt - Fist sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Fist misses with a wild combination.
Kade throws a fast counter high kick but Fist manages to duck under it in time.
Fist swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Fist cracks Kade with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Fist throws a body punch but Kade moves out of range.

Fist lands a big uppercut and Kade crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kade looks OK. Fist waves Kade back to his feet!
Kade is still on wobbly legs! Can Fist finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kade tries to get into range but Fist steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Kade! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Fist scores the big KO victory!
