The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva forces Kalimov back against the cage and clinches.
Kalimov has had enough of the clinch but Silva keeps him there for the moment.
Silva tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kalimov's elbow.
Silva creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Silva tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Kalimov avoids it.

Kalimov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Silva pulls Kalimov in close to his closed guard and prevents Kalimov from doing any damage or advancing position.

Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kalimov defends well.

Silva has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Kalimov's body.
Kalimov wants to control his opponent's hands but Silva gets his hands free.

Silva is working for a rear naked choke. Kalimov is not defending it well and Silva has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Kalimov refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Kalimov's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
