The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stan moves into range and clinches up with Silva.
A body shot lands from Stan.
Stan lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Stan has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Silva avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Stan doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Stan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Silva fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva.

Stan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard.
Silva wants to get back to his feet but Stan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
