The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Strzelba closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Strzelba breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Strzelba takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Liberio lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Strzelba throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Strzelba showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Liberio.
Liberio misses with the combination.
Strzelba fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Strzelba avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Strzelba shoots in and drives through. Liberio sprawls well.
Strzelba throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Liberio throwing a counter right hand but Strzelba manages to avoid it.
Strzelba tries to score a power double leg takedown but Liberio sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Strzelba somewhat.
Daniel Liberio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marek Strzelba.

Strzelba bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Liberio is pushing Strzelba's head away, looking to escape. Strzelba manages to hold on to the position though.

Strzelba is working to tighten his grip on Liberio's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Liberio has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Strzelba is really squeezing tight and eventually Liberio passes out! Strzelba breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
