The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy cracks Foreman with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Duffy has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Foreman takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

It looks like Alonso Foreman has been cut.
Foreman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Duffy sprawls well. Duffy wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Foreman gets slowly back to his feet.

Foreman has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.

Foreman bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Duffy can't do much from the bottom here.

Duffy is looking to improve his position but Foreman isn't that keen on the idea.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
