Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Waman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kemba Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waman's corner calls for a 1-2. Waman obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Walker looks to land a body kick but Waman moved away.
Waman went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Walker shoots for a double leg takedown but Waman sprawls well. He's pushed Walker's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Walker fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Waman checks it well.
Waman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Waman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Walker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Waman cracks a nice hook into Walker's ribs.

Walker walks into a straight right hand from Waman.
Walker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Waman is fending him off so far but Walker persists. Nope, Waman circles away and we're back to standing.
Jonny Waman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kemba Walker.

and Walker holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Waman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Waman lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Walker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Waman paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A punch combination from Waman misses.
Waman is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Walker tries to clinch there but Waman circles away.
Waman lands a really nice looking cross but Walker seems unphased.
Waman fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Walker takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Walker walks into a stiff left hand from Waman.

and Walker counters with a series of strikes. Waman will be more careful next time no doubt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Waman looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Walker is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Walker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Waman but Waman pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Waman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Walker is rocked!
Waman Throws a clean left jab. Waman Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Walker's chin! Walker crumbles to the ground and Waman follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Waman!
