Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean-Marc Mormeck!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pablo Alvado!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Kavanagh and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mormeck closes the distance and clinches.
Mormeck lands a hook that snaps the head of Alvado backwards.
Alvado blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mormeck swings wildly with an uppercut but Alvado uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mormeck goes for a takedown attempt but Alvado pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mormeck swings for the body but Alvado moves out of range.
Alvado wants to counter the offense by Mormeck and move into the clinch position.
Mormeck circles away from the clinch attempt.
Alvado goes for a double leg but Mormeck avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mormeck continues to drive forward.

Mormeck got a little sloppy there for a moment and Alvado has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mormeck has managed to get both his arms back between Alvado's legs - danger averted.
