Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Cedric Maake!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maake jabs at Maija's body.
Maija shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Maake looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Maake.
Maake feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Maijas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Taneli Maija has been cut.
Maija has been working on his balance at Bad Pluto! (18 Elite Coach), so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Maake.
Maake lands a jab.
Maake dances in with a quick combination. Maija is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Maake snaps Maija's head back. Maija stumbles backwards against the cage. Maake steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Maija's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Maija just didn't come prepared.
