He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Keith Rack has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Voss. No joy for Rack on that attempt.
Rack tries to close the distance and clinch up but Voss swats him away and circles back towards the center.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Voss enables Rack to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Voss manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Voss can do anything to dispel that myth.

Rack seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Voss for as long as he can get away with.
