Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cedrick Frederick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Daddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frederick comes to the cage accompanied by Sweater Weather. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frederick tries to clinch but Daddy is having none of it.
Frederick throws out a loose jab but Daddy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Frederick clinches up against the cage.
Daddy swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Frederick dodges an elbow strike from Daddy.
Daddy avoids the elbow strike from Frederick, against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Frederick.
Frederick blocks an elbow strike.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Frederick.
Frederick tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Daddy's elbow.
Daddy stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Frederick pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Frederick lands a hook that snaps the head of Daddy backwards.
Frederick lands with a short shot to the head.
Frederick comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Mac Daddy has been cut.

Frederick creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Frederick lands an elbow that stopped Daddy in his tracks for a moment.
Daddy lands a right hand that snaps the head of Frederick backwards.
Frederick lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Frederick lands an uppercut that drops Daddy! Frederick follows him to the canvas looking to finish.
Daddy is rocked!
That has opened up Mac Daddy's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Frederick stands up and beckons Daddy to his feet.
Daddy is still on wobbly legs! Can Frederick finish him?
Daddy swings for the body but Frederick moves out of range.
Frederick darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Daddy's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Frederick before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cedrick Frederick!
An out of breath Cedrick Frederick thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
