The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paulison shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Perry defends it nicely.
Paulison has closed the distance and engaged Perry in a clinch.
Paulison fails to pull guard.
Paulison is fighting off a takedown attempt but Perry is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Paulison to the mat. Paulison regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Perry has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Paulison to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Perry is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Paulison pulls down on the head and he's put Perry to sleep! This one is all over!
