Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andreas Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rui Louro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rui Louro will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Louro darts in and clinches Monroe up against the cage.

Louro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Monroe moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Monroe throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Louro's waist but Louro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Monroe off to one side.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Monroe is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Louro presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Louro is trying to trip Monroe. He has hold of a leg but Monroe is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Louro persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Rui Louro was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
