Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pierre StGeorge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kostas Papantoniou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Papantoniou has chosen Phobophobia as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
StGeorge will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

StGeorge closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - StGeorge lands in his opponent's guard.
StGeorge stays in close to Papantoniou's body and controls the position.
Papantoniou is pulling down on StGeorge's head. It's preventing any offense from StGeorge, at least for the moment.
StGeorge is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Papantoniou escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. StGeorge gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

StGeorge is looking to work some ground and pound but Papantoniou has wrist control.

Papantoniou working for a triangle but StGeorge defends it easily.
StGeorge looking to sit in guard and control but Papantoniou gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

StGeorge has Papantoniou pulled in close to control his posture.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

StGeorge is working an open guard so Papantoniou takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

StGeorge fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Papantoniou to the ground. StGeorge is now in Papantoniou's guard.

Papantoniou is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! StGeorge rolls with it to try and escape but Papantoniou cranks on the arm and StGeorge is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
