The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doris takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Erasmus stuns Doris with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Doris tries to clinch but Erasmus is having none of it.
Erasmus with the counter takedown but Doris avoids it easily.
Erasmus should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Doris gets a double leg takedown into Erasmus's guard.
Doris has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Doris drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Erasmus dives on top into guard.

Doris escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Erasmus gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Erasmus passes Doris's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Erasmus tries to pass to full mount but Doris defends it.

Doris is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Erasmus pulls his head out easily.
Doris wants to get back to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Erasmus works his foot free and advances to mount.

Erasmus is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Doris is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Doris flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Erasmus anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Doris and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Erasmus slips an arm under Doris chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Erasmus has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Erasmus is squeezing on Doris like an anaconda would it's prey. Doris fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
