Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerid Hack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mason Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Gerid Hack!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hack tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hack slaps away a takedown attempt from Hill, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hack tries to clinch there but Hill circles away.
Hack fails to land the takedown.
Hack displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hill.
Hill looks to land a combination but Hack avoids it well.
Hack went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Hack shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hill defends it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hack looks to land a right hand but Hill moved out of range.
Hill drops Hack with a beautiful combination! Hack stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hill is looking for the KO!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hack changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hill tries to avoid it but Hack manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hill to the ground. Hill escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gerid Hack. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hill keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Hack clinches with his opponent.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hill takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Hack manages to break the clinch.
Hack shoots in looking for a takedown. Hill tries to sprawl out of it but Hack keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Hill, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mason Hill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hill fails to land with a series of punches.
Hack fails with a takedown attempt.
Hill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hill clinches up against the cage.

Hack tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Hill just stands there and leans against the cage.
Hill is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hack keeps control of Hill as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Hill can't break the clinch.
Hack breaks from the clinch.

Hack fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Hill has had enough of the clinch but Hack keeps him there for the moment.
Hill wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Hack has him pressed against the cage.

Hack has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hill avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hack has Hill pressed against the cage, preventing Hill from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hack misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hack tries to pull guard but Hill forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Hack's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hack has Hill pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hill manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hack looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hill creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Hill keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hack's efforts to push away.
Hill is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Hill tries to break free but Hack pushes him back against the cage.
Hack fails to pull guard.

Hack gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Hack is breathing heavily.
Hack stops Hill from getting back to his feet.

Hill is trying to stand back up but Hack is controlling him
Hill manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Hack keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mason Hill dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hill connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Hack covering up! Hill comes in with a big uppercut and Hack goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Mason Hill!
