Morris has chosen Clique as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Rizzo Jr misses with a two punch combination.
Rizzo Jr ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Morris moves away.
Rizzo Jr connects with a nice looking jab.

Morris throws a body shot but no joy.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Morris has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rizzo Jr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Morris holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Morris is looking for a sweep. Rizzo Jr is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The fighters are battling for position here. Morris manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rizzo Jr stands and steps away. Morris gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Morris is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Morris extends the arm and Rizzo Jr is forced to tap!
