The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Holdsworth clinches with his opponent.
Henley fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Holdsworth tightens his grip and picks Henley up, before dumping him to the ground. Henley manages to land in guard.

Henley is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Holdsworth is aware though and is defending well.
Holdsworth is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Henley lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Henley passes Holdsworth's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Holdsworth gets back to full guard.
Holdsworth has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Holdsworth is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Henley is fighting to break Holdsworth's control of his arms but Holdsworth is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Henley is looking to pass into half guard but Holdsworth pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Holdsworth is in guard.

Holdsworth cracks Henley with a solid left hand.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Henley has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Holdsworth has passed into side control.

Holdsworth wants to lay and pray for a moment but Henley keeps working.
Henley is trying to work for a sweep but Holdsworth has mounted him!
Henley wants to control but Holdsworth is having none of it.

Henley is trying desperately to improve position.

Henley is rocked!

Henley defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Holdsworth.
Holdsworth loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Henley scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Holdsworth land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Holdsworth stands and salutes the crowd.
