Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dizzy Jigster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jigster avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jigster is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Anderson.
Anderson doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Jigster counters by clinching up.
Jigster using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Anderson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Anderson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Jigster gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Jigster seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Anderson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Anderson darts in looking for a takedown but Jigster gets double underhooks and turns Anderson into the cage.

It looks like Lee Anderson has been cut.
Jigster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Anderson dives in and grabs Jigster's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jigster pushes down on Anderson's head and hops out.
Jigster throws a big counter combination but Anderson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Jigster tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Anderson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Anderson is keen to just control but Jigster is a slippery customer.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

I would just about give that final round to Lee Anderson.
Well Jigster has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
