Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johny Persecutioned (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doug Deep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Persecutioned might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Aristocrat - Money, cars and castles. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Persecutioned comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Deep avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Deep lands a glancing blow to the side of Persecutioned's head.

Deep is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Persecutioned's half guard.
Persecutioned is looking for a sweep. Deep is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Persecutioned is pushing Deep up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Deep creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Persecutioned is on top in guard.

Deep drops his hands momentarily. Persecutioned doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Deep staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Deep doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
