Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva looks to land a right hand but Smith moved out of range.
Smith tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.
Smith throws a hook to the side of Silva's head but Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Silva is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Smith.

Silva rushes Smith and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Silva throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Smiths head.
Smith throws a punch but it's blocked by Silva.
Smith blocks the elbow strike.

Silva drops Smith onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Smith is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Smith is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith has a couple of punches blocked by Silva.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Silva has Smith pressed against the cage. He pushes Smith back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Silva throws a beautiful elbow that sends Smith crashing to the floor! Silva piles on the pressure with more strikes! Smith is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
