Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Domain tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Teixeira swivels and escapes.
Domain takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Teixeira throws out a counter right but Domain avoids it with no problem.
Horrible takedown attempt by Domain or perhaps it was just good defense by Teixeira, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominic Domain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Domain takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Teixeira stuffs the takedown attempt from Domain. Domain gets slowly back to his feet.
As Domain backs off Teixeira throws a huge counter combo but Domain manages to avoid it all.
Domain fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
It seemed like Teixeira was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Teixeira lands a glancing blow to the side of Domain's head.
Domain shoots in looking for a takedown but Teixeira manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Domain's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Teixeira has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Teixeira manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Domain manages to get himself to full guard.

Teixeira is pushing down on Domain's leg trying to pass to half guard. Domain is fighting to maintain full guard but Teixeira has managed to sneak the leg through.
Domain is in trouble now - Teixeira has advanced to mount!

Teixeira jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Domain manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Domain is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Teixeira is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
Teixeira throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
The referee warns Domain that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Domain holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Teixeira tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Domain sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Teixeira has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Teixeira misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Teixeira takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Teixeira can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Domain is looking to escape.

Domain slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Teixeira, as that shot connected.
Domain closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
A left lands for Teixeira.
Domain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Teixeira tries to avoid it but Domain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Teixeira to the ground. Teixeira escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A little jabbing left from Teixeira on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Domain is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Teixeira.

Domain is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Teixeira steps in with a hook that catches Domain right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Teixeira follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Domain looks absolutely devastated.
