The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barton wants to clinch up but Dragomon keeps it at a distance.
Dragomon fails in his attempt to clinch.

Dragomon scores with a takedown into Barton's guard.

Dragomon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Dragomon pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Barton is keeping the position for now.

Barton throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Dragomon escapes and throws Barton's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Barton prevents Dragomon from improving position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dragomon trying to control the action but Barton is working from the bottom.
Dragomon has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Barton!

Dragomon working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Barton turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Dragomon off and cradles Barton's limp body as Dragomon celebrates with his corner.
