Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Cera!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buck misses with a wild combination.
Cera throws out a counter right but Buck avoids it with no problem.
Cera throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Buck's waist but Buck gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cera off to one side.
As Cera looks to move away, Buck throws a big counter combo bu Cera just gets out of the way.
Michael Cera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cera shoots and misses
and Buck counters with a two punch combo.
Buck is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cera looking to score a takedown here. Buck is defending well but Cera drives through and ends up in Buck's guard.

Buck keeping moving, preventing Cera from controlling successfully.
Cera throws a big elbow that misses.
Cera won't allow Buck to sweep him here.
Cera looking to sit in guard and control but Buck gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Buck will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Cera has an active guard here but Buck has managed to pass into half guard.
Buck wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cera keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Buck throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cera moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Cera looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cera lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Buck controls Cera momentarily but Cera frees himself.
Cera is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Cera pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Buck is keeping the position for now.

Buck is looking for a triangle but Cera pushes his legs off easily.
Cera trying to control the position from guard on top but Buck is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Cera slips nicely into half guard.

Cera is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Buck is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

In his post fight interview, Michael Cera started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
