The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manning tries to clinch up but Trojan circles away and keeps his distance.

Trojan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Manning pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bogdan Trojan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manning changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Trojan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Trojan has his foot on Manning's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Manning works his way back into a safe position though.

Manning drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Trojan dives on top into guard.
Manning is looking to cinch up a triangle. Trojan throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Manning's body to avoid the submission. Manning has instead reached around Trojan's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Manning arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
