Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luca Taparzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiago Motta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taparzo throws a looping overhand right but Motta ducks down to avoid it.
Motta lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Motta takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Taparzo throws an overhand right that lands on Motta's shoulder, as Motta tries to avoid the shot.
Motta swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Taparzo misses with an uppercut. Motta saw that one coming.
As Taparzo backs off Motta throws a huge counter combo but Taparzo manages to avoid it all.
A jab lands there for Taparzo.

It looks like Tiago Motta has been cut.
Taparzo lands a jab to Motta's midsection.
Taparzo misses with a hook.
Motta now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Taparzo, as that shot connected.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Taparzo sizes up Motta with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Motta has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Taparzo finds it's way round the side to connect with Motta's head.
Taparzo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A jab from Taparzo finds it's way through Motta's defenses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Taparzo misses the shot to the body.
Motta throws a counter combo.

Taparzo drops Motta with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Motta looks back up at him and smiles so Taparzo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Motta is rocked!
Motta bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Taparzo comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Motta falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Motta was out before he hit the floor!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Luca Taparzo!
