The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murbaratchon tries to clinch but Tate moves away
and Tate counters with a takedown into side control.
Murbaratchon is trying to get back to his feet.
Tate tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Murbaratchon wants to get back to his feet but Tate drags him back down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tate is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Murbaratchon has escaped the position, nice work there.
Murbaratchon bucks up and tries to throw Tate off but instead Tate has got his back!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Murbaratchon is trying to get back to his feet but Tate has full control of the position and if anything, Murbaratchon has just worked his way into a worse spot.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Murbaratchon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tate. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Tate working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Murbaratchon is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Tate has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Murbaratchon taps out!
