Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Billy Tinkl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saladin Hussain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Billy Tinkl!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Saladin Hussain !
The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tinkl fails with the takedown
and Tinkl takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Tinkl gets the takedown into side control.
Hussain is trying to improve his position.
Hussain manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Tinkl is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Abobomination Training $700 13 LEGIT elite coaches that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Tinkl is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Hussain is looking for a kimura here.

Hussain is trying to work for a kimura but Tinkl is defending well.
Tinkl is looking for a sweep. Hussain is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tinkl tries to get to full guard but Hussain has control of the leg.
Hussain wants to free his trapped foot but Tinkl is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tinkl trying to hold on to Hussain 's head to control him but Hussain postures up.

Tinkl is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hussain pulls his head out easily.

Hussain thows a huge punch but Tinkl dodges it nicely.

Tinkl is refusing to be controlled, as Hussain sits in half guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Tinkl shoots for a takedown but Hussain saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Hussain with the counter takedown but Tinkl avoids it easily.
Hussain displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tinkl.

Tinkl fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hussain avoids it really well and circles away.

And Hussain tries to counter it with a takedown but Tinkl pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Hussain is refusing to be controlled, as Tinkl sits in half guard.
Tinkl looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hussain tries to roll over but Tinkl keeps him under control.

Tinkl looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hussain wants to get back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Saladin Hussain will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Hussain dives in and grabs Tinkl's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tinkl pushes down on Hussain 's head and hops out.
Tinkl tries to counter with a takedown but Hussain is quick to defend against it.
Tinkl throws a nice looking combination but Hussain bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tinkl tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hussain defends well and Tinkl ends up having to push Hussain into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Tinkl looks for a takedown but Hussain sprawls well.

Tinkl looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hussain leaves Tinkl with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hussain is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

And Hussain tries to counter it with a takedown but Tinkl pushes his down on his head and steps out.

and Hussain counters with a nice double leg into side control. Tinkl won't be happy with that.
Hussain wants to take a breather but Tinkl manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Hussain .

Hussain with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tinkl avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Tinkl had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hussain defends it easily.

Hussain forces his way into half guard.
Tinkl keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Hussain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tinkl keeps working.

Hussain is working for a submission of some sort.
Hussain scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Tinkl is looking to control Hussain 's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tinkl avoid being mounted?

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hussain is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Tinkl sees it coming and defends easily.
Hussain wants to control but Tinkl is keeping him busy.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Hussain is looking for a sweep.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hussain is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Hussain wants to control but Tinkl postures up.
Hussain tries to buck Tinkl off but Tinkl is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Saladin Hussain will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Hussain postures up in Tinkl's guard and throws a big left but Tinkl blocks it.

Hussain changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Tinkl drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

I would just about give that final round to Saladin Hussain .
I've got Hussain winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
