The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beloff shoots in for a double leg but Dorsey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Dorsey has his takedown stuffed

and Beloff counters with a crisp one two that drops Dorsey! Beloff thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Dorsey to his feet! Dorsey is in big trouble!
Dorsey really is a fat lump.

Dorsey dives in and scores a takedown into Beloff's guard.

Beloff escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dorsey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Beloff has his foot on Dorsey's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dorsey works his way back into a safe position though.
Dorsey trying to control the position from guard on top but Beloff is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Beloff is trying to keep Dorsey in close.

Beloff has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dorsey is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Beloff.

Dorsey working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Beloff really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dorsey. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dorsey has hold of Beloff's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Beloff tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Dorsey cranks the arm and Beloff screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Beloff, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
