Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe The Plumber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob McLovin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe The Plumber!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Plumber blocks a low kick nicely.
The Plumber throws a head kick that half lands.
The Plumber avoids the body shot from McLovin.
A head kick misses from The Plumber.
McLovin misses with a hook. The Plumber ducked under it nicely.
Sloppy strikes from McLovin. Those never looked like landing.
McLovin connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
The Plumber shoots in but no luck this time.
The Plumber throws a body shot but no joy.
McLovin was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
The Plumber walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Plumber takes a shot to the body in his stride.
McLovin loads up on a big right hand but The Plumber slips the punch.
McLovin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The Plumber fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McLovin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
McLovin has been working on his boxing with his coaches at GTi 888 in the buildup to the fight.
The Plumber needs to keep his hands up - McLovin had a free shot at his head there.

The Plumber shoots for a takedown but McLovin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The Plumber lands with a kick to the temple. McLovin shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
McLovin connects with an inside leg kick.
McLovin moves out of range of the body kick.
The Plumber throws a head kick that misses
and McLovin counters with a series of strikes. The Plumber will be more careful next time no doubt.
McLovin ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from McLovin.
McLovin fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. The Plumber looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
McLovin lands a nice hook to The Plumber's body. The Plumber takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
McLovin looks to score with a jab to the body but The Plumber is just out of range.
The Plumber darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McLovin misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from The Plumber.
Bob McLovin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe The Plumber.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from McLovin. The Plumber does a little dance to reset his feet.
The Plumber lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
McLovin works The Plumber's body with a nice hook.
The Plumber throws a head kick but McLovin moves out of range.
Some bone on bone action there as McLovin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
McLovin misses the shot to the body.
The Plumber will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The Plumber throws a lazy head kick
and McLovin counters with a stiff right hand.
The Plumber swings widly with a right hand
and McLovin counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The Plumber throws a leg kick
and McLovin counters with a stiff right hand.
The Plumber misses the shot to the body.
McLovin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but The Plumber manages to avoid it.
The Plumber misses with a jab, cross combination.
McLovin is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
The Plumber throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The Plumber keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The Plumber looks to land a combination. McLovin sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
The Plumber fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McLovin avoids it really well and circles away.
The Plumber has a takedown stuffed.
The Plumber throws a lazy uppercut
and McLovin counters with a right hand to the body.
McLovin looks to score with a jab to the body but The Plumber is just out of range.
The Plumber tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but McLovin defends well and The Plumber ends up having to push McLovin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
The Plumber looks winded!
The Plumber shoots in and drives through. McLovin sprawls well.
McLovin scores with a body shot.
McLovin throws a quick inside leg kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
McLovin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The Plumber tries to bum rush McLovin with a series of wild strikes but McLovin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McLovin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McLovin dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on The Plumber. That did some damage!
McLovin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping The Plumber at a distance.
McLovin darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
McLovin looks to land a combination. The Plumber sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Joe The Plumber has been cut.
The Plumber shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McLovin as he avoids it easily.
The Plumber throws a sloppy head kick and McLovin moves out of range easily.
The Plumber is on the wrong end of a nice combination from McLovin.
The Plumber throws a leg kick but McLovin sees it coming and checks it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The Plumber jabs at McLovin's body.
McLovin is looking to wear down The Plumber with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
McLovin works the jab nicely.
McLovin with a body punch. A glancing blow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bob McLovin dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Joe The Plumber's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


The Plumber takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

McLovin misses the shot to the body.
Bob McLovin is winning the standup battle so far.
McLovin cracks The Plumber with an open hand slap.


The Plumber is rocked!
The Plumber swings and misses with a shot to the body
and McLovin counters with a crisp right that sends The Plumber to the canvas! McLovin follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
