Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donald Delacruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Hallman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Piotr Hallman will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hallman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hallman showed some decent athleticism there.
Delacruz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Delacruz could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Hallman is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Hallman wants to control but Delacruz is keeping him busy.
Delacruz might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Hallman passes the guard and advances to mount!

Hallman has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Delacruz has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Hallman is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Hallman is wriggling around trying to escape.

Hallman wants to hold on but Delacruz pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Delacruz goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hallman is on top in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Delacruz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Hallman tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Delacruz swivels and escapes.
Delacruz fires out a quick counter leg kick but Hallman just manages to avoid it.
Hallman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Delacruz closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Delacruz feints and as Hallman raises his hands in defense, Delacruz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Delacruz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hallman on the ground.

Hallman isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Delacruz stacks Hallman on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Delacruz!

Hallman is looking for a sweep.

Delacruz is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hallman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Delacruz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hallman, who protects the arm well.

Hallman has managed to slip his arm under Delacruz's chin. This could be all over... yep, Delacruz is tapping out! Submission win for Hallman.
