Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakeke with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Stannis to score with a decent uppercut.
Stannis waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wakeke.
Stannis tries to move into range but Wakeke moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Stannis misses with a two punch combination.
Wakeke is looking to counter the offense by Stannis and move into the clinch.
Stannis swats away the attempt to clinch by Wakeke.
Wakeke misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wakeke tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Stannis looks to score with a jab to the body but Wakeke is just out of range.
Stannis thuds a left hand into Wakeke's body.
Wakeke throws a shot from downtown. Stannis moves away and avoids it.
Stannis fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wakeke to the ground. Stannis is now in Wakeke's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stannis pushes down on Wakeke's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Stannis is trying for a kimura here. Wakeke looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Stannis wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Paul Stannis!
