The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thigpen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Thigpen closes the distance and clinches up with ODochaty, looking for a takedown. Thigpen pushes ODochaty against the cage but ODochaty circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As Thigpen tries to get set, ODochaty tries to push him back and clinch up but Thigpen manages to avoid the attempt.
ODochaty looks for a takedown but Thigpen sprawls well.
ODochaty shoots in looking for a takedown. Thigpen tries to sprawl out of it but ODochaty keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thigpen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A clash of legs there as ODochaty blocks the low kick.
ODochaty drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Thigpen wants to hit a switch here but ODochaty passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Thigpen there!
