With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiroshi Osagi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Terakado Tessai!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osagi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tessai tries to avoid it but Osagi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tessai to the ground. Tessai escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tessai throws out a counter right but Osagi avoids it with no problem.
Tessai swats away the attempt to clinch by Osagi.
Osagi has his takedown stuffed
letting Tessai counter with a right hand.
Tessai looks to throw the jab but Osagi is out of range.
Tessai throws a looping overhand right but Osagi ducks down to avoid it.
Osagi is looking to counter the offense by Tessai and move into the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Osagi is defended easily by Tessai.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hiroshi Osagi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tessai throws a hook but Osagi blocks it.

Tessai scores with the left hand. Osagi knows he should have avoided that one.
Osagi moves out of range of the strikes.

and Tessai connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Osagi shoots for a takedown but Tessai saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tessai! But no joy.

letting Tessai counter with a right hand.
Tessai is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Osagi had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
A head kick misses from Osagi.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tessai! But no joy.

Tessai lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Osagi is rocked!
Tessai might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Osagi throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Tessai counters with a big left hand that crumples Osagi! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
