PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Janne Kahko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahmed Babilon Mamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Janne Kahko has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Janne Kahko seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahko doesn't manage to clinch there - Mamed circles away.

Kahko feints and as Mamed raises his hands in defense, Kahko changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ahmed Babilon Mamed showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

A decent looking body kick lands there for Mamed.

As Kahko backs off Mamed throws a huge counter combo but Kahko manages to avoid it all.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mamed got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kahko has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mamed has managed to get both his arms back between Kahko's legs - danger averted.

Mamed has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kahko off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Kahko wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Janne Kahko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ahmed Babilon Mamed.

Kahko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mamed is just riding it out for now. Kahko eventually gives up the hold.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Janne Kahko.
I think Kahko has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Janne Kahko tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
