PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isaiah Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel YoungHusband (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). YoungHusband has chosen Bob Marley - Bad Boys as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
YoungHusband looks to land a combination. Myers sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
YoungHusband steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Myers.

YoungHusband tries to keep at a distance but Myers has taken the fight into the clinch.

YoungHusband jumps into guard, dragging Myers to the mat.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

It looks like Isaiah Myers has been cut.

YoungHusband feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
