Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Hold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tane Huia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hold kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Come Die With Us. Tane Huia has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huia gets caught flat footed, as Hold shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Hold pushes down on Huia's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hold is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Hold is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Huia is just riding it out for now. Hold eventually gives up the hold.
Hold scoring with strikes to the body and head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Huia tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Hold not doing much here.
Hold works his foot free and advances to mount.

Hold is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Huia to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Huia shrugs it off.
Huia tries to reverse the position but Hold maintains control.
Hold quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Hold but it's paid off an Huia is forced to tap! Nice work by Hold.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Charlie Hold!
