Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Kline (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wiz Khalifa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiz Khalifa will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khalifa feints and as Kline raises his hands in defense, Khalifa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Khalifa passes into half guard.
Kline could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Kline trying to hold on to Khalifa's head to control him but Khalifa postures up.
Kline knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Khalifa on the ground.
Kline preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Khalifa wants to pass the guard but Kline is defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Khalifa is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kline doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Khalifa.
Khalifa tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kline knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

My spies in MMA Sanok Training Center inform me that Khalifa has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Khalifa uses his free foot to push down on Kline's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Kline.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Khalifa fails to advance to Kline's back.
Kline might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kline really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Khalifa pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Kline wants to hold on but Khalifa pushes him away.
Khalifa cracks Kline with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

It looks like Scott Kline has been cut.
Kline prevents Khalifa from taking his back.
Khalifa moves to the back.
Khalifa has the hooks in. Kline is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Khalifa is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Kline knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Kline for a finish.
I really don't envy Kline right now.
Kline is breathing heavily.

Khalifa has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Kline has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Khalifa is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
