The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fanning misses the shot to the body.
Fanning takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Sanford Fanning has been cut.

Sanford Fanning seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
D Amato ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
D Amato looks to land a combination but Fanning avoids it well.
Fanning throws a lazy right hand but D Amato sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

D Amato grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Fanning takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! D Amato cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

Michael D Amato decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
