Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jozef Jankowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Squirrel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Squirrel has chosen Bio Crisis - Delirio as his entrance music. Steve Squirrel has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jozef Jankowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Squirrel!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Squirrel throws a hook to the side of Jankowski's head but Jankowski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Squirrel throws a combination that misses
and Jankowski counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Squirrel misses the jab.
Squirrel throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jankowski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Squirrel has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Squirrel fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jankowski on the side of the head.
Squirrel goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Squirrel dives in and grabs Jankowski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jankowski pushes down on Squirrel's head and hops out.
Jankowski tries to counter with a takedown but Squirrel is quick to defend against it.
Squirrel misses with a looping left.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Squirrel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jankowski moves away.

Jankowski is taking a breather. Squirrel says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Jankowski slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Squirrel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jankowski keeps working.

Squirrel tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Squirrel has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Squirrel postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Squirrel is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Squirrel is in all sorts of trouble here.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jozef Jankowski will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Squirrel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jankowski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jankowski, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
