And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bombs doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bryant scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Bombs swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bombs misses with a straight left.

Bryant feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bombs is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Bryant dives into side control.

Bombs has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Bombs takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bombs tries to control but Bryant manages to take his back.
Bryant is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Bombs. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Bombs covers up after that shot from Bryant.
Bryant lands a shot to the body.
Bombs is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Bryant.
Well, with Bryant on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Bombs is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Bombs trying to get back to his feet but Bryant is in full control for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bombs trying to get back to his feet but Bryant is in full control for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Will Bryant go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Bryant trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Bombs doesn't escape.
Bryant has the hooks in. Bombs is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Bryant has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bryant lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Bombs hold on?!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bryant scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
Bombs gets cracked with a huge elbow and he's out cold! Possibly KO of the night from the back? Unusual but possible!
