Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jim Lahey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Campbell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Seth Campbell has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jim Lahey's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Lahey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Seth Campbell!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Campbell closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lahey circles away.
Lahey throws a counter high kick but Campbell was just alert enough to avoid it.

Campbell wants to clinch up but Lahey keeps it at a distance.

Campbell closes the distance and clinches.
Campbell jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lahey walks away with a smile on his face. Campbell gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lahey slips nicely into half guard.
Campbell is looking to improve his position.
Campbell won't allow Lahey to pass to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lahey seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Campbell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Campbell stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lahey swivels though and keeps the full guard.

I would just about give that final round to Seth Campbell.
