Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timur Rubin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miami Vice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vice comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Watch out, Vice is on a patrol! kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Miami Vice!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rubin displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Vice pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rubin attempts a counter takedown but Vice avoids it well and moves away.

Rubin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vice moves away.
Rubin throws a lazy right hand but Vice sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Vice is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Vice felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Rubin throws a strike but Vice avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Rubin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Vice's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vice shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Horrible takedown attempt by Rubin or perhaps it was just good defense by Vice, which made it look bad.

Rubin loads up with a big shot that hurts Vice! He's pulled Rubin in close but Rubin has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Vice survive? More strikes from Rubin and Vice is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!

An out of breath Timur Rubin thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
