The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falwell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Falwell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Rizzo lands with a thumping leg kick.
Falwell blocks a jab.
Rizzo lands a nice leg kick that just misses Falwell's sensitive parts.

Falwell shoots in for a takedown but Rizzo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Nice uppercut lands for Rizzo. That snapped Falwell's head back.
Rizzo throws a shot to the body.
Falwell has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rizzo, as that shot connected.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Rizzo throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Falwell is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Yahweh Falwell spoke after the fight, saying 'Hasa diga eebowai. I guess I didn't pray hard enough, or maybe prayed too much. I bet if I rolled more instead of praying, I might have learned to defend submissions. I guess it's God's will. But to quote George Carlin: "If it's God's will and he's going to do what he wants to anyway, why'.
