PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Klauss Rengar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Skywalker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skywalker comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Force kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rengar throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Skywalker was covering up waiting for the punch and Rengar finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Rengar drops back looking for a leg! Skywalker is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Skywalker manages to kick Rengar off! Rengar jumps back into Skywalker's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rengar thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Rengar stands up and waves to Skywalker to follow him.

Rengar scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rengar drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Rengar as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Skywalker screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Rengar! Nice submission victory there!
