Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shoddy Body (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Ellis's choice of entrance music: 6 Man. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Ellis.

Body shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ellis is trying to defend but Body finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Body has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Body with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Ellis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Body. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Body wants to control the pace but Ellis is squirming around nicely.
Body moves to the back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Body has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Ellis! Can he survive? No! He's out! Body gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

A relieved looking Shoddy Body thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
