Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lexi Belle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Jeferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Jeferson struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 156.8lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Alex Jeferson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Lexi Belle's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Belle is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Jeferson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Jeferson's back!
Jeferson is trying to stand back up.
Belle will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Belle really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Belle has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jeferson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jeferson is posturing up here but Belle has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Jeferson tries to roll out but it's too tight and Jeferson has to tap! Slick submission there by Belle!
